Plexus Secure Thermal Imaging Production Deal

Plexus, has secured a contract to become a global volume manufacturing partner for Irisys, the leading thermal technology company.  The multi-million pound contract is initially for the manufacture of the company’s thermal imagers and is expected to develop to include people counting systems later this year.

The systems covered by the new contract have been through Plexus’ thorough DFx (design for excellence) and design for test evaluation, which includes the development of bespoke test solutions. As a result Irisys has benefited from a reduction in the overall production costs for the systems.
